Yes. We perform daily automatic backups, and you can request a copy at any time.

Do you access my data?

No. You own your data. We only access it upon request for technical assistance.

What storage options are available?

Plans range from 5 GB to 100 GB depending on your subscription. You can upgrade on request.

Can I install Dolibarr modules?

Yes. You can install modules from the Dolibarr interface just like on a standard installation.

Can I have multiple users?

Which DNS records do I need to create?

Once your instance is created, we provide the server's IPv4 and IPv6 addresses. You must configure the following DNS entries on your domain: an A record pointing to the IPv4 and an AAAA record pointing to the IPv6. These details are available in your dashboard and confirmation email.
